Developers of a new home community in Loudoun County, Va., that is inspired by the county’s farming heritage have announced that Ryan Homes has joined their portfolio.

The Willowsford community is divided into four villages and Ryan Homes is offering homes in The Greens and The Grove villages located close to The Lodge at Willow Lake. The Lodge features a resort-style pool, fitness facility, community center with indoor and outdoor kitchens and a 7-acre lake—all within close proximity to some of the more than 40 miles of trails at Willowsford. Designed exclusively for Willowsford, Ryan dwellings will combine traditional, ranch and Craftsman-style architecture with one-level living or traditional two-story homes. Floor plans from 1,716 to 5,289 square will incorporate large front porches and rear covered porches, gourmet kitchens with oversized islands, large family arrival centers with storage, luxurious baths with Roman showers and expansive finished rec rooms. Pricing starts in the low $600s and a model is open with others opening soon.

“We are delighted to be able to include Ryan Homes in our portfolio of builders,” says Willowsford’s vice president of marketing Stacey Kessinger. “Many of our potential buyers at Willowsford are interested in one-level living and it’s great to be able to offer them additional designs for both one and two story homes.”

Willowsford has been hailed as a national model for its conservation tactics including more than 2,000 acres of open space, a 300+ acre active farm, and farm-to-table program, and outdoor recreation amenities.
