A recently completed mansion in Palm Beach, Fla., sets a new standard for luxury in a market that is known for its opulent million-dollar houses.

Located on the grounds of the historic Casa Apava estate about a half mile from President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, the fully furnished two-story residence features an open and spacious floor plan and custom finishes. The never-lived-in home recently sold for $31 million, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

The 14,000-square-foot compound boasts six bedrooms, a pool, and stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Located on an exclusive stretch of the city known as Billionaires Row, the house was built by Mark Timothy Homes and designed by Affiniti Architects. Interior design was provided by Marc-Michaels Interior Design.
