Here’s a new farmhouse design that really embraces outdoor living.
House plans with porches typically focus on the front, but this one is all about the back. Take a look at the generous, vaulted outdoor space. Soaring windows create visual flow between here and inside.

Here’s the front. Farmhouse style remains the top-selling category on Houseplans.com (although barndominium plans are gaining ground), and this one showcases elements of it with board-and-batten and the rustic lighting.
Check out the large front porch that nicely balances out the two-bay garage.

Now, a closer look at the layout. Like many two-story plans today, the main floor hosts the primary suite, making it easier to age in place. That suite also opens to the back porch via French doors for a breezy vibe.
The vaulted great room showcases a view of the back porch. Thoughtful details of the kitchen and dining zone include the coffee bar, the work area, and easy access to the porch.

Upstairs, three more bedrooms provide space for family members, visitors, or working from home (if that little work area in the kitchen isn’t enough). One of these rooms offers a private bathroom.
