What makes this new 3,184-square-foot plan feel luxurious?

Lots of things, actually, and none of them are over-the-top. Let’s start with the exterior, where brick and siding contribute to the classic curb appeal.

See the driveway on the left? It leads back to a spacious three-car garage.

Heading inside, you’ll pass a home office. Several windows usher in light during the day, making long virtual calls more cheerful.

Now for the real showstopper: the wall of glass between the family room and the backyard. Together with the vaulted ceiling, it makes this whole space feel open and inviting.

Of course, the kitchen sports a large island for meal prep, snacks, and general socializing.

Private spaces showcase special details, too. In the main suite (located on this level, making it easier to age in place), a shower and soaking tub create a relaxing atmosphere. Check out the large walk-in closet.
