It's not easy to get four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and lots of storage into a one-story plan that isn't super-wide. This new farmhouse plan manages it nicely.
The first thing that stands out on this exterior is the bold red color—a refreshing change from the white exteriors we've been seeing. Metal roof accents add a bit of sleekness, while a stylish garage door keeps the overall look rustic and rugged.
Inside, the floor plan is remarkably simple, but with some upscale touches. Three secondary bedrooms line up on the right side of the home, each with its own walk-in closet. On the left side, the primary suite treats owners to a wet room (with the bathtub sitting inside the giant shower), along with its own large closet.
The middle of the home is devoted to gathering spaces. Note the spacious, vaulted porch in back.
