Fieldstone Homes

In Saratoga Springs, Utah, Fieldstone Homes and IHP Capital Partners have announced the debut of Alpine Springs. The new community, with 63 contemporary homes and large lots, features several floor plans that can include an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) or “renter’s suite.” As an option to make additional income, homeowners can also share private, independent living areas with seniors aging in place or extended family.

“The customizable features are what truly set Alpine Springs homes apart. The rental suite option allows home buyers to potentially generate rental income, which could assist with loan qualifications and possibly help in offsetting the cost of homeownership,” says Kellie Little, vice president of marketing at Fieldstone Homes.

Offering sightlines of Lake Mountain to the south and Mount Timpanogos to the east, Alpine Springs’ large lots range from 9,000 to 17,700 square feet, averaging 10,500 square feet. Exterior styles of the one- and two-story homes will be a mix of farmhouse, craftsman, and transitional with modern, color blocking schemes.

“Alpine Springs is central to all that northern Utah County has to offer, and designed for home buyers looking for a spacious, yet accessible family-oriented living experience. These homes are beautiful, bright, and full of modern features, and we are excited for their unveiling,” says Ryan Hutchins, sales director at Fieldstone Homes.

Ranging in size from 3,231 to 4,541 square feet, Fieldstone will introduce three new home designs in addition to three buyer-favorite floor plans with three or four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms plus an unfinished basement. Customization options also include two-story great rooms, multiple family rooms, an additional bathroom, finished basements, and covered porches.

“Fieldstone Homes builds homes that stand out in quality, design, and value, and we are excited to welcome local and out-of-state home buyers to Alpine Springs,” says Little. “Alpine Springs is a one-of-a-kind community ideally located near the Silicon Slopes, within walking distance to highly ranked schools and open parks, and easily accessible to employment centers, shopping amenities and outdoor recreation areas.”

The new Utah community is Fieldstone and IHP’s seventh community built together since 2020. IHP has more than 30 residential projects in various stages of development in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
