CURBED NY's Tanay Warerkar shares a look at the most recent renderings of Bjarke Ingels's new condo and hotel project located adjacent to the High Line in New York's West Chelsea neighborhood.

Following the recent sales launch, developer HFZ Capital Group has unveiled a new website and released renderings of the amenities at the upscale development dubbed the XI.

On top of that list is the double height skybridge or “Bridge Lounge,” as it is officially known, that connects the 36 and 26-story towers that make up the XI. This lounge features 21-foot-tall ceilings, a retractable movie screen, a private wine tasting room, a bar, and a library.

Other new renderings show of the condo’s massive fitness center where most of the equipment will face floor-to-ceiling windows that look out on to the Hudson River. At the center of the 18,000-square-foot fitness center is a 75-foot, glass-enclosed swimming pool with cabanas and a hot tub close by. The fitness center will also have steam, sauna and cold plunge areas, and all of them will be programmed by the Six Senses resort, which will be operating a hotel from the shorter of the two towers.
