It's set in a mature residential neighborhood (University Park) near downtown Palo Alto that is filled with tip-top examples of California's Craftsman architecture. The varied rooflines, warm wood shingles, intricate wood detailing, abundant decks, and friendly porches give this modern-day project a definite Arts and Crafts flavor.
