Winslowe’s View at The Pinehills

Plymouth, Mass.

1 MIN READ

YOU CAN’T GET DEEPER into the heart of traditional New England than Plymouth, Mass. In an attempt to distinguish their product from that of the seven other builders at The Pinehills’ master planned community, the designers of Winslowe’s View offered their target market of empty-nesters what might be called “Traditional New England Plus.”

Conceived as a 164-acre “village within a village,” Winslowe’s View’s planned 550 units are clustered on cul-de-sacs of seven to 20 cottage-like townhomes. There’s a traditional New England village commons and a vintage-style post office with an old-fashioned soda fountain. Plus there are a golf course and swimming pools, and the homes are wired for the Internet and designed with the homeowners’ privacy in mind. The Pilgrims never had it so good.
