Wired Legacy Telecom provider Shentel has signed an agreement with real estate development company Legacy Custom Homes to build a fiber network for Legacy’s newest community, Tackley Mill, in Ransom, W.Va. Shentel will provide voice, data, video, and security services to Tackley Mill home buyers. The project consists of 600 single-family homes and 400 townhomes. Beazer and Centex are the home builders. The project broke ground this spring.
