With the goal to carry this primary bedroom’s oceanfront views to its 63-square-foot bath, Donald Lococo Architects selected a trimless pocket door that meets the ceiling. Floor tile exacting the bedroom’s light oak wood and a curbless shower make the transition seamless.

Once in the space, the room is split by a sleek modern vanity and an emerald glass–tiled shower. The shower was strategically placed at the window to receive ocean views through the door opening, while fins on the outside reclaim privacy.

At the floating double vanity, the Delaware beach is right over users’ shoulders but also in front of them, as light and sky from the shower window are reflected in the wall-to-wall mirror.
