Aimed to merge affordable with luxury, Toll Brothers at Cadence offers an amenity-rich master plan located off Loop 202 and Highway 24 in the Phoenix suburb of Mesa. The community includes two new single-family collections, Mosaic and Montage, and 11 home designs ranging in size from 1,944 to 3,585 square feet.

The Bowie model in the builder’s Mosaic Collection was designed by BSB Design and targets entry-level, first-time, move-up, and move-down home buyers. It comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, 1,944-plus square feet of living space, and a resort-style backyard. The floor plan was named Best Single-Family, Under 2,000 Square Feet, at the 2021 Gold Nugget Awards.

“The affordable luxury line was created to bring the best of what we know to a larger audience,” states the Gold Nugget nomination form. “We are making our brand available to those that want it.”

The home’s inviting front porch and entry flow into the foyer, with direct views to the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is complete with a large center island, ample counter and cabinet space, and a sizable pantry, while the adjacent living area opens directly to the backyard’s covered patio through a large pocket door.

In the plan’s back corner, the primary bedroom suite is enhanced by a bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, a luxe shower, and a generous walk-in closet. Secondary bedrooms, on the opposite side of the floor plan off the foyer, feature spacious closets and a shared full hall bath. Additional highlights include centrally located laundry and additional storage.

“We all fell in love with the simple beauty of this home,” notes one Gold Nugget juror. “Beautiful architecture and excellent standard features such as the amazing kitchen, indoor-outdoor living, and multislide doors create a living experience that feels very high end.”
