The traditionally beautiful Healthy Home raises the bar on sustainable design by zeroing in on an ultra-healthy indoor environment. Products and finishes chosen for their contribution to healthy indoor air include sustainably harvested white oak flooring with a low-VOC stain and Greenguard-certified topcoats, Shaw Green Label Plus carpeting, no-VOC paints and coatings, and Greenguard-certified Cambria quartz countertops.

To make sure the air stays as clean as possible, the HVAC system includes a hospital-grade HEPA filter and a Honeywell ERV and humidifier.  Free-standing Rabbit Air HEPA filters are placed throughout the home.

Other sustainable features include: --Pella Architect Series advanced low-E insulating glass with argon
--Bonded Logic UltraTouch denim insulation made from 90% post-consumer recycled natural fibers
--FSC-certified Masonite Safe ‘N Sound Emerald interior doors made from rapidly renewable and pre-consumer recycled content with no added urea formaldehyde
--WaterSense-certified showerheads and toilets
