Maple Street Homes is making it easier for public service workers (police, fire, and EMS personnel) and other groups it calls “hometown heroes” in Cincinnati and northern Kentucky to own homes. The incentive program offers discount coupons for closing costs, reduced deposit, and 3 percent down payment help. The initiative was created in partnership with Victory Mortgage.
