A new marketing tactic is emerging in the home building industry: Using the coronavirus as a selling tool.

Artisan Built Communities is promoting its Breathe Freely package, which is designed to promote healthy living in every home it builds. For a limited time, the builder has made the Breathe Freely Package standard in every Artisan Built home.

The Breathe Freely package includes:

  • PureAir™ Merv-16 Filtration System by Lennox®
  • Low VOC Shaw® FloorScore® certified flooring and Sherwin Williams® paint
  • Artisan Built guaranteed passive radon system
  • Shaw® Low-VOC LVP flooring in the great room
  • Up to $3,000 toward closing costs

“COVID-19 has made us realize that living in a healthy home is more important than ever, and as a new home builder, we have the ability to build one for our buyers,” said Stephen Haines, president of Artisan Built Communities. “We are proud to offer products that are designed to reduce the spread of viruses, bacteria, airborne particles and allergens.”

The package is offered on all new Artisan Built homes at NatureWalk at Seven Hills and The Georgian in Paulding County.

NatureWalk at Seven Hills offers new homes priced from the mid-$200,000s, with options ranging from ranch plans ideal for downsizers to spacious two-story homes with more than 3,000 square feet of living space. In addition, the community offers amenities including a dog park, nature trails, clubhouse, playgrounds, soccer fields, a golf course, water park, community garden, and tennis and basketball courts.

Located in southern Paulding County, The Georgian has new homes for both families and active adults, with prices starting from the mid-$200,000s. Also a master-planned community, The Georgian has amenities that include a water park, clubhouse, playground, tennis center, and a Tom Fazio-designed golf course.
