More than 300 families have purchased homes at Sandbrock Ranch in Aubrey, Texas about 50 miles north of Dallas. To keep up with demand, the community, which is its third phase in less than 15 months, is releasing 69 60-foot home sites to builders Perry Homes and Highland Homes.
“Demand for homes in Sandbrock Ranch has been tremendous,” said Jean Ann Brock, Sandbrock Ranch co-developer and co-founder of Highland Homes. “Our buyers are attracted to what we refer to as a ‘Live True’ lifestyle. In part, that means a community with a genuine connection to nature and to each other as neighbors and friends. That connection is palpable here. Our residents are proud to call Sandbrock Ranch ‘home.’”
The influx of new home sites represents nearly a 20% increase of total lots developed in the Aubrey community so far. The first two phases encompass 394 45-, 50- and 60-foot properties. Sales in Sandbrock Ranch, located along FM 1385 less than four miles north of Highway 380, began in June 2018. Less than 15 months later, 323 families have bought in the community — 201 this year.
Residents of Sandbrock Ranch enjoy a back-to-nature ambiance with wooded trails, stocked fishing lakes and 150 acres of green space comprising rolling green berms that line the community’s entrance, pocket parks in each neighborhood, a recreation field and event lawn.
Residents will celebrate the opening of the 1.6-acre dog park on Oct. 13. The Carriage House opened this spring, offering a Grand Room for lifestyle events, a fitness center, demonstration kitchen, stone fireplace, infinity-edge pool, splash pad and lakeside-patio with a firepit. Future amenities include an interactive tree house and outdoor amphitheater. David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes and Perry Homes offer homes from the mid $200,000s.
