According to the Idaho Statesman, development around Boise, Idaho is adding a mix of new houses, town houses, apartments and businesses in Kuna, Meridian, Nampa and Eagle as well as the city of Boise. Re-zoning and annexations would be required for some of the projects.

KUNA
Jarron Langston of Boise is seeking to build a four-acre neighborhood called Mulberry Place, which would include 61 townhouses at the northwest corner of Crenshaw and Ten Mile roads. Boise real estate development firm Rocky Mountain Cos. is seeking to build a 6,340 square-foot Primary Health medical clinic at 1474 N. Meridian Road, near the southwest corner of North Meridian and East Deer Flat roads.

MERIDIAN
Devco Development seeks to annex four acres in Boise’s area of impact into Meridian, plus 19 acres outside of Boise near the northwest corner of Eagle and Ustick Roads. The land would be used to build the Delano subdivision — 85 single-family homes and a three-story multifamily complex with 96 units, as well as a half-acre park. The apartments would face Eagle Road and be located near future commercial development. NAMPA
Townhouses and a residential subdivision are planned for the southeast corner of West Karcher and Midway roads. Hubble Homes is asking to rezone 25 acres at 12203 W. Karcher Road to build lots of 7,000 square feet rather than 8,500 square feet and to rezone two acres from single-family residential to residential professional. The subdivision, called Brownstone Estates, would include 84 single-family homes and 14 four-plex lots for a total of 56 multifamily units.Wolf Building Co. of Nampa is looking to annex and rezone an acre at 904 W. Greenhurst to build multiple single-family homes. Roberta Konzek of Nampa is looking to split a parcel at 3500 E. Greenhurst Road for a single-family home in the front and possible multifamily units in the back, to be developed in the future.

BOISE
Trilogy Idaho is seeking design review of the second phase of its Roe Street Townhouses project at 6058 N. Roe St., north of State Street and west of Gary Lane in northwest Boise. Sixty-six two-story homes are planned in 12 buildings. CBH Homes is the construction contractor and will handle sales.

EAGLE
Mark Butler is applying to construct two commercial buildings in Eagle’s Old Town. OLD TOWN I LLC Old Town I, a company registered to Mark Butler of Eagle, is proposing to build two commercial buildings of about 6,000 square feet each on 2 acres at the southeast corner of North Echohawk Lane and East Hill Road at 22 S. Echohawk Lane. It would include 60 parking spaces.
