According to Curbed Atlanta, a development of urban flavored condos is coming to Blue Ridge, Georgia, a community known as a weekend getaway that is ninety minutes north of Atlanta. Blue Ridge Station will be a 15-unit, 3-story project with ground floor retail. Most units will be configured with two bedrooms, two baths. Blue Ridge is experiencing a bit of a boom as its restaurant count has gone from four to 25 in ten years time.

The living room features expansive windows showcasing views of downtown Blue Ridge. Interior features range from 10-foot-high ceilings and hardwood floors to quartz countertops and large outdoor balconies overlooking the railway.

In terms of size, choices are 1,219 square feet, 1,267 square feet, or 1,477 square feet. Pricing ranges from $421,313 to $525,473, although one unit did garner $544,898. Of the 15 units, three are sold, four are reserved, and eight remain available, according to project reps.

The building includes a private paved parking lot and 24-hour monitored security. Each residence comes with two assigned parking spaces.
