According to the Houston Chronicle, Danny Sheena of SLS Properties has tapped Kirksey Architecture to work on a project they are calling "Bellaire Place." The 30 acre site used to host 900 employees in an office campus owned by Chevron. The preliminary plans include leasing two existing office buildings while adding a 4-story parking garage with room for 2,000 vehicles.

The 10-story and 6-story buildings have more than 500,000 square feet of office space, as well a fitness center, cafeteria and auditorium. Sheena said the company is still exploring development options for the remaining 12-acre tract fronting Rice Boulevard and five acres along Loop 610.
