Toll Brothers raised over $1.2 million for HomeAid at its 31st annual gala in Philadelphia. The event, held at the historic Water Works venue, honored the national nonprofit, which partners with the building industry to help individuals at risk of homelessness.
The proceeds will support HomeAid’s mission of rebuilding lives through construction, community engagement, and education. The organization, which has 19 affiliates across the country, partners with builders to provide housing and other resources for those in need.
“HomeAid is a truly remarkable organization that’s uniquely connected to the work we do every day in homebuilding,” said Douglas C. Yearley, Jr., chairman and CEO of Toll Brothers. “Our employees have proudly supported HomeAid for years, serving on local boards and spearheading transformative projects for the community. We’re now excited to deepen our relationship with HomeAid by making them the beneficiary of our annual fundraising efforts.”
Over the past 36 years, HomeAid and its partners have completed nearly 1,500 housing and outreach projects, resulting in more than 15,000 beds for individuals in need. The funds from the gala will help expand this work, including plans to launch a new affiliate in the Delaware Valley and explore growth into Tennessee and the Carolinas.
“This Gala was more than a celebration—it was a catalyst for impact. The generosity shown by Toll Brothers and everyone who contributed will help us expand our work into new communities and deepen our support where the need is greatest,” said Scott Larson, CEO of HomeAid America.
