Based in Lakewood Ranch, Fla., M/I Homes Sarasota division has a new leader. Business Observer reports:
M/I Homes has promoted Kevin Archer to vice president of operations.
Archer will lead the Sarasota operations team in managing the home building process in the field and office. According to a press release, he previously served just under two years as director of operations for M/I Homes' Sarasota division.
Before starting at M/I Homes in 2016, Archer was vice president of operations for Baessler Homes in Greely, Colo. He has also served as purchasing and estimating manager for Spring Creek Homes in Windsor, Colo., and owned his own business, KMA Construction, in Eaton, Colo.
