Neal Communities in Florida has named a new vp of marketing and sales. Business Observer reports:
Lakewood Ranch-based home builder Neal Communities named Doug Marcinski the new vice president of sales and marketing for the company's south region.
Neal's south region includes Lee and Charlotte Counties. Marcinski has over 20 years of sales leadership experience, including 13 years in sales and marketing management, according to a press release.
In his new role, he will focus on strategic sales planning, enhancing the sales process and a structure to help reach monthly goals for sales and design studio operations.
Before joining Neal, Marcinski was the sales and marketing manager for several home builders in Virginia and Maryland.
