Dream Finders is BUILDER’s 2025 Builder of the Year.

The Builder of the Year Award is a prestigious recognition given to the builder that distinguished itself from the competition in the previous year. Dream Finders closed a record 8,583 homes in 2024 and achieved record revenue and profit on its way to this year’s podium. The award will be presented at this year’s Builder 100 Summit.

  • DFH acquired Crescent Homes last year, expanding into the markets of Charleston and Greenville in South Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee.
  • In early 2025, DFH entered the Atlanta, Georgia market and expanded further in Greenville through the acquisition of Liberty Communities.
  • It also acquired the remaining 40% equity interest in its mortgage joint venture, Jet HomeLoans, and recently acquired Cherry Creek Mortgage.
  • The builder entered the Phoenix, Arizona market, in early 2024; expanded into key markets along Florida’s southeast coast; and extended its reach into Southwest Florida, enhancing its presence in high-demand coastal markets.
