Each year, the Homebuyers’ Choice Awards recognize builders and industry professionals who deliver outstanding customer experiences, based entirely on verified feedback from homebuyers throughout the purchase and ownership journey.

The winners were selected based on feedback from more than 210,000 verified homebuyer surveys collected through TrustBuilder CX, powered by Eliant, representing insights from over 250 major home builders nationwide. These surveys capture real experiences across the purchase, move‑in, and first year of homeownership.
