Rick Mohler, AIA, has designed, among many things, detached single-family homes for more than 30 years. He is an associate professor of architecture at the University of Washington, founding co-chair of the AIA Seattle Public Policy Board, member of the Seattle Planning Commission, and co-author of the SPC’s nationally recognized “Neighborhoods for All” report. He leverages his practice, research, and teaching to advance progressive land use policy while building bridges between the academy, profession, city government, and community.
