Vincent J. Frees, Pulte Home's vice president and controller for nearly 14 years, announced plans to retire from the company effective March 2, Pulte announced in an SEC filing Monday.
Frees, who joined the company's ranks of officers in May 1995, could not be immediately reached for comment.
Pulte's spokesperson Mark Marymee said he had no information to share at the moment about plans to replace Frees.
