Design Software for the Architect or Builder AppliedVB began in January 2000 with the specific goal of developing PC software for technical computations and analysis.

The first program developed was Building Design Analyzer (BDA). The BDA program is for residential or moderate housing construction using the the 1997 UBC and ICBO code as the basis for properties and formula. A second software program called Seismic Design Analyzer (SDA) has been developed from the BDA program core.
