KB Home (NYSE: KBH) on Wednesday announced the grand opening of its latest San Diego community, Laterra.
A collection of townhomes offering easy access to Interstates 5 and 805 and Highway 56, Laterra is conveniently located near several major regional attractions, such as the beaches in Del Mar, Torrey Pines State Reserve, and the University of California San Diego.
The KB homes offered at Laterra are available in four floor plans that range in size from 1,207 to 2,032 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Residents can choose from state-of-the-art finishes and amenities that include Whirlpool® stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, tankless water heaters and second and third floor laundry rooms. Pricing ranges from the mid-$750,000s to the mid-$950,000s.
Located just off Ted Williams Parkway in the Pacific Highlands Ranch community, Laterra residents can enjoy dining and shopping at area retail centers that include the Del Mar Highlands Town Center, Piazza Carmel and the Beachside Del Mar Shopping Center. Laterra also offers convenient access to downtown San Diego and several outdoor recreational spots, including Torrey Pines State Beach, La Jolla Shores Park, and Del Mar Dog Beach. The grand opening for KB Home’s Laterra will take place on Saturday, April 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 5992 Village Center Loop Road, Unit 1, in San Diego.
