Arnold’s Yard Sale

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to sell off about $50 million worth of what he says are surplus assets owned by the state to help close the state’s $15 billion budget problem. The properties on his fire sale list include a golf course purchased in 1955 in Oakland that was never developed and a road in San Rafael that houses a massage parlor and runs through a strip mall.
