Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc., a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), said late Wednesday it has opened two new communities in Douglas County: Reata Ridge in Parker and Cityscapes at The Meadows in Castle Rock.

Located in Parker, Reata Ridge features a distinctive collection of ranch and two-story homes with up to seven bedrooms and approximately 3,950 square feet. Prices start from the mid $500,000s. The neighborhood offers easy access to Douglas County schools, shopping, dining and commuter routes.
