KB Home (NYSE: KBH) on Friday announced the grand opening of Bella Cortina, the builder’s latest Riverside-area new home community situated in Rancho Belago in Moreno Valley.
Bella Cortina’s offers easy commuting throughout Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange counties via Interstates 10 and 215, and Highway 60.
Featuring views of the San Gorgonio Mountains, Bella Cortina is close to major employment and education centers, including UC Riverside and Riverside Community College. KB Home plans on constructing 159 new homes at Bella Cortina, where home buyers can choose from five one- and two-story floor plans. Pricing begins in the mid-$300,000s.
