Home buyers can select from three brand new, two-story floor plans, each featuring open concept living with Great Rooms that flow seamlessly into upscale kitchens anchored by center islands. Pricing for Alameda starts in the $280,000’s.
The Bellamar collection ranges from 1,754 to 2,240 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three baths. Home buyers can select from four brand new, two- and three-story floor plans. A host of options includes an optional rooftop deck, which extends the home’s livable square footage and provides a vantage point from which to view the community’s city and mountain views. Bellamar also offers a guest suite and first floor flexible space ideal for an office or den. The Bellamar collection starts from the $330,000s.
