LGI Homes, Inc., The Woodlands, Tx. (Nasdaq:LGIH) on Monday announced the opening of Kendall Farms, its first community in the Winston-Salem market. A grand opening event is scheduled for September 30th featuring one-day-only new-home discounts.
Located off US-52, Kendall Farms is located minutes from the area’s top shopping, dining and entertainment. Within the neighborhood, a new community park is scheduled to open at the end of the year. The park will feature a children’s playground, picnic tables and grills.
LGI Homes will offer five spacious one- and two-story homes, ranging in size from 3 to 5 bedrooms. These new homes will feature more than $10,000 worth of upgrades, including covered front porches, new energy-efficient kitchen appliances, and attached garages. With new homes starting in the $160,000s, residents will be able to own a new home with monthly payments as affordable as $849 per month.*
LGI said the grand opening event on September 30th has a limited number of appointments available.
