Sunset Farm, located 6 miles west of downtown, is a gated community is situated on the banks of the Rio Grande and offers easy access to the dining, shopping and entertainment venues of Albuquerque. Nearby are the ABQ BioPark which includes fun and educational facilities including the Zoo, Botanic Garden, Tingley Beach and Aquarium. Tingley Beach features fishing ponds, paddle boats and nature trails. All of these incredible amenities and more are just a short drive away.
At Sunset Farm, a variety of new one- and two-story homes are available to choose from with three and four bedroom options.
