PulteGroup’s West Florida Division has acquired nearly 42 acres of land intended for a phase of Ventana, a master planned community in the heart of Riverview, Florida being developed by Eisenhower Property Group.
Pulte purchased 155 homesites with plans to build single-family homes. The company said there is also the potential opportunity to build a second phase with an additional 161 homes. At build-out Ventana will include 700+ single-family homes.
Prices for Pulte’s single- family homes will start in the low $200s. Home designs will range from 2-4 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms and garages able to accommodate 2-3 cars. These plans will also range from 1,565 square feet to 4,336 square feet, providing an array of possibilities to fit the various needs of buyers. Ventana will also have an on-site clubhouse which will feature a multipurpose space, resort-style pool, parks, playgrounds, and walking trails, making it ideal for families and those looking to spend time outdoors. In total, the community will feature 721 homes from 3 builders.
“Our goal is to provide affordable homes for our consumers who are looking to settle into one of the hottest areas in Tampa Bay,” said Sean Strickler, Pulte’s division president of West Florida. “This partnership will allow us to provide quality homes at a compelling value in a location that is tough to beat.”
Ventana will sit on the northeast corner of Fern Hill Drive and Symmes Road, just one mile from I-75, making it easily accessible for travelers and commuters. It is also in close proximity to some of south Hillsborough County’s top attractions including The Westfield Brandon Mall, Alafia State Park and the Southshore Commons, a new commercial development with shopping, dining and entertainment options.
Ventana is one of 12 communities Pulte plans to open in the area this year.
