Taylor Morrison is expanding its offering of communities in the North Carolina Triangle area with the announcement of its newest coming-soon community, Bridgeberry, a 182-acre Holly Springs development that will eventually include 338 homes.

Bridgeberry will feature three distinct collections of homes by Taylor Morrison, situated in a community that will include its own planned resort-style clubhouse, two pools, and access to nearby parks, golf courses and recreation facilities.

“This will be an exciting addition not only to our portfolio of communities but also to Holly Springs,” said David Pellowitz, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Raleigh division. “Our product mix at Bridgeberry will offer something for all home buyers and the planned amenities will give residents a feeling of true community.”

The three collections of homes – ranch-style, traditional, and estates – will range from approximately 2,220 to 3,600 square feet and will offer various home designs and features like bonus and game rooms, three-car garages and luxurious master suites. Model homes at Bridgeberry are scheduled to open in late 2018.

While each collection will have distinct features, they all will have access to the planned amenity center that will be built specially for Bridgeberry residents. The planned clubhouse will feature a workout room, a flex-room and a food service kitchen. Additional amenities include two pools, a children’s play area, a dog park, 37 acres of open green space, pocket parks, a bike path, access to surrounding recreational centers on Harris Lake and much more.
