DeNova Homes will open its second Southern California neighborhood, Aura, comprising 33 new homes in Costa Mesa, this weekend, the company announced Monday.
Aura will feature three floorplans, each with three to four bedrooms plus a study and/or loft. These two-story homes offer 2,143 to 2,401 square feet with a two-car attached garage and additional driveway parking. Pricing will start in the high $800,000’s.
The home exteriors are complete with front yard landscaping and are highlighted by three distinct elevations: Modern Farmhouse, Plantation, and Spanish. The home interiors feature hand-laid designer-selected tile floors in entry, kitchen and master bath, plush carpeting, European Quartz countertops throughout the home, shaker-style designer cabinets, and a Bertozzoni stainless steel appliance package. With several choices of available finish packages, buyers can create a space that is uniquely theirs.
