Century Communities is expanding further in the San Antonio market with the addition of two new communities, Hiddenbrooke in Seguin and Ladera, a master planned community in west San Antonio. The Company currently has twelve communities in the San Antonio metro area with prices starting in the high-$100’s.
Ladera is a gated, master planned community located in west San Antonio. Century Communities will be offering 20, 65-foot lots in phase one of the project. Available plans will range in square footage from 1,869 to 2,760 including three to five bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 baths and three car garages will be a standard feature. The community is 1,100 acres with mature trees and dramatic views. Upon completion Ladera will also include a state of the art amenities center. Models are set for a June 2018 debut. A second phase of new homes on 40’ lots will follow in the future. Prices will start from the mid- $200’s.
Hiddenbrooke is a 500-lot community with 50-foot lots that Century Communities will be developing from start to finish. It features open green spaces and parks. A variety of home plans ranging in square footage from 1,205 to 2,409 will be available for future home buyers. The open floor plans will feature three to five bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 baths and 1 to 2 car garages. Prices will start in the high-$100’s. The community is located in Seguin and conveniently off Highway 46 near Interstate 10 and is slated for a grand opening in late 2018.
