Trumark Homes announced today the complete closeout of its Upcoast community in Costa Mesa, California, one mile up from the coast.
In bringing Upcoast to market, Trumark realized a significant opportunity to provide a unique price band and homestyle in a Class A location. After launching sales for the 28 homes in June 2016, Trumark experienced a complete sellout in January 2018.
