KB Home (NYSE: KBH) early Thursday announced the grand opening of Hanover Square, its latest community of single-family homes in St. Cloud, Florida.

The new neighborhood represents another step in the steady expansion of KB Home’s Central Florida business, as the home builder plans to open three additional new communities over the coming months.

Hanover Square’s convenient location offers an easy commute to Lake Nona’s Medical City and Orlando International Airport via Narcoossee Road and Highway 417. Residents at Hanover Square can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities at nearby St. Cloud Civic Center Complex, which features baseball fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, pools and pavilions, and take advantage of the community’s proximity to Ralph Chisholm Park and its public boat access to Lake Tahoe.

KB Home is offering seven home designs at Hanover Square that range from 1,989 to 3,530 square feet, with up to six bedrooms and four baths. Planned community amenities include a pool, cabana, playground and walking trail. Pricing begins in the mid-$200,000s.

As with all KB homes, those offered at Hanover Square will be built to ENERGY STAR® guidelines and include WaterSense® labeled faucets and fixtures, meaning they are designed to be more energy- and water-efficient than other typical new and resale homes, potentially saving home buyers money on their monthly utility bills.

KB Home will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, December 16th and Sunday, December 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
