Fischer Homes will introduce its new model home in Tuscany Ridge, a new development in Louisville.

The Cumberland floor plan from the Maple Street Collection of homes features a two-story foyer, spacious kitchen open to the morning room and family room, and a versatile loft. The grand opening will take place on March 17 and 18, as well as on March 24 and 25, from noon to 4 pm.

Richard Miles, market president at Fischer Homes, stated, “The Grand Opening provides an excellent opportunity to tour the model home, as well as the community. New Fischer Homes are being built in Louisville and now is a great time to see the wide variety of home designs available.”

Tuscany Ridge is off Bardstown Road, just minutes south of Gene Snyder Freeway. Commuters will discover easy access to downtown Louisville. The community will feature ten floor plans from the Fischer Homes Maple Street Collection of homes from the $190s to the $270s+. With 78 homesites, the development is valued at $19 million. Tuscany Ridge is located in the Jefferson County School District.
