Fischer Homes will introduce its new model home in Tuscany Ridge, a new development in Louisville.
The Cumberland floor plan from the Maple Street Collection of homes features a two-story foyer, spacious kitchen open to the morning room and family room, and a versatile loft. The grand opening will take place on March 17 and 18, as well as on March 24 and 25, from noon to 4 pm.

The community will feature ten floor plans from the Fischer Homes Maple Street Collection of homes from the $190s to the $270s+. With 78 homesites, the development is valued at $19 million. Tuscany Ridge is located in the Jefferson County School District.
