In today’s toughening new home market, big builders’ leaders will need to find effectiveness across eight key factors in all three “danger” zones.

For the nation’s “big” home builders––about 300 organizations that employ about 150,000 associates, build about half a million homes, and generate more than $200 billion in annual revenue––leaders face the challenge of dealing as competently with what they can’t know nor control, as they address what they can directly affect.
