Committed to demonstrating that high design doesn’t need to come with a high price tag, Alvidrez has worked to transform the shape of housing for the homeless from transient shelters to substantial, thoughtfully crafted abodes for the past 25 years.

The trust operates 25 buildings with 1,800 homes, providing hundreds of individuals experiencing homelessness with access to housing each year. Its on-site facilities and services—such as case management, mental health treatment, and substance abuse recovery—create safe spaces and encourage community.
