Adds 70 new attached homes to San Juan Capistrano project.

Taylor Morrison, Scottsdale (NYSE:TMHC) has announced that it will bring 70 new attached homes to its latest San Juan Capistrano project, The Cove at Pacifica San Juan.

Taylor Morrison officials recently broke ground on the new development which will feature three inspired two-story open floor plans ranging from approximately 1,836 to 2,068 square feet. Homes at The Cove will include 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3 bathrooms and a two-car garage. Prices start from the low $700,000s.
