Richmond American Homes of Nevada, Inc., a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), late Wednesday announced the opening of Onyx Point, a new community in the Summerlin masterplan outside Las Vegas.
A Grand Opening celebration is slated for March 10 for model homes tours, refreshments, family fun and a special giveaway.
Starting from the mid $600,000s, Onyx Point offers ranch-style homes in four versatile floor plans. Available with up to five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, these homes are approximately 3,370 to 4,010 square feet and boast 3-car garages. Design options include guest suites, spa baths, professional kitchens and more.
Located in the foothills of the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley, the Onyx Point gated community offers close proximity to both city life and natural surroundings. As part of the Summerlin masterplan, this community has access to an array of amenities, and is also near numerous public and private schools, recreational facilities, park and trail systems and retail and entertainment centers.
