Fischer Homes will host a Grand Opening for its decorated model home at Hampshire, a new home community in Zionsville, Indiana on Saturday, February 24 and Sunday, February 25 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The value of the Fischer Homes portion of the development, once complete, is estimated to be over $37 million spread across 61 home sites. Fischer Homes offers ten floor plans in Hampshire from its Masterpiece Collection ranging from the low $400,000s to the $500,000s+ and eight Grand Estates Custom floor plans from the $600s to the $850s+. The variety of floor plans offered include five-level plans, ranch homes, first-floor owner’s retreats, and two-story great rooms. Fischer Homes also is introducing its Allerton model, which features a two-story foyer, expansive kitchen island, first-floor study, and a luxurious owner’s retreat.
