Century Communities on Friday said it would begin building at Pinnacle at Wood Ranch, a master planned community in the Simi Valley.
Century Communities will be building 37 two-story, townhome style condominiums ranging in square footage from 1,717 to 2,582 with three to five bedrooms, two to three baths and two car garages. While the models are set to be completed in June, Century Communities would like to give the buyers a sneak peek. A Dusty Shoe Event will be held on Saturday, February 24th.
Attendees will be able to enjoy refreshments, review the condominium designs, and reserve their future home at Pinnacle at Wood Ranch. The event will take place from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The plans feature open plan designs with great entertaining kitchens, great family rooms, lofts, and optional full bedroom and bath downstairs, per plan. The community will also feature a private swim club. Pricing at Pinnacle is anticipated to start from the $600,000s.

The vistas surrounding Pinnacle take in all of Wood Ranch, including views of the world famous Ronald Reagan Library. This master planned community was once a private homestead. The community is located north of Highway 101, and south of the 118 and Interstate 405. This central valley location makes the community accessible to Oxnard, Ventura, Santa Clarita and Los Angeles.
