NVR, Inc. (NYSE: NVR) has added Alfred E. Festa, chairman, president and CEO of W.R. Grace & Co, and W. Grady Rosier, president and CEO of Berkshire-Hathaway’s McLane Company, Inc., to its board as independent directors, effective December 1.
Festa will serve on the Audit, Qualified Legal Compliance and Nominating Committees. Rosier has been appointed as a member of the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees.
Festa’s career has included stints with Morgenthaler Private Equity Partners, ICG Commerce, Allied Signal and General Electric as well as his current posts at Grace. Rosier has been with McLane, a supply chain services company, since 1984.
