Washington’s Quadrant Homes on Monday announced plans to open new communities in the heart of two quickly developing neighborhoods: Bellevue’s Spring District and Kirkland’s Totem Lake.
Opening in early 2020, the new townhome communities, Vareze (Kirkland) and Lario (Bellevue), will complement the local builder’s nine other single-family and townhome developments on Seattle’s Eastside. The communities will offer high-end finishes, open concept floor plans, and access to popular employers like Microsoft, Google, Facebook, and REI.
“Whether buyers want to take a walking trail to work, hop on the future light rail, or just enjoy the plentiful amenities right in their own neighborhood, these locations could not be more exciting,” said Ken Krivanec, president of Quadrant Homes. “We’ve done research to better understand our buyers’ priorities; our findings have led us to offer rooftop entertainment spaces, abundant windows, and the latest home technology like electric vehicle chargers and whole home voice control – all of which delight buyers at every turn.”
The premium townhomes at Vareze are scheduled to open on Saturday, January 25. Starting in the $700,000s, the 82 modern townhomes include 2-3-bedroom options ranging in size from 1,283 to 2,209 square feet, with sleek modern interiors, brick styling, and spacious second story covered decks. Vareze buyers will enjoy minutes-away access to shopping at The Village at Totem Lake, the Lake Washington School District, and campuses of Google and Tableau – both easily accessible by biking or walking on the Cross Kirkland Corridor trail system that runs right next to the new community.
Set to open in March 2020, the townhomes at Lario are located in Bellevue’s highly anticipated Spring District, putting buyers within walking distance of REI’s new campus, Facebook’s expansion, headquarters for the University of Washington’s Global Innovation Exchange, and the new light rail station (scheduled to open in 2023). As a more intimate community, Lario will feature 46 premium townhomes starting in the $800,000s and ranging in size from 1,160 to 2,136 square feet, with 2-4-bedroom selections. Residences will feature sophisticated brick exteriors with abundant natural light, and access to a community park, rooftop terraces, and the top-rated Bellevue School District.
“These new communities are just a few steps away from modern living, and recreation, making them ideal for prospective buyers who are looking for a large lifestyle with less maintenance at home,” continued Krivanec. “Add in the fact that they’re also near highly desired employers, school districts, and transit options, and you can see why these locations are so sought after.”
A Bellevue-based builder in its 51st year, Quadrant sells premium new homes throughout Puget Sound. Many Quadrant communities are in Seattle’s popular Eastside tech corridor near major tech employers. Like all other future Quadrant communities, the modern townhomes at Vareze and Lario will include the new HomeSmart package standard.
