Meriwether Companies has partnered with Pathfinder Partners on The Shores at Breckenridge, a luxury paired and single-home community in the ski town of Breckenridge, Colo.

Designed with both seasonal and full-time residents in mind, the homes offer open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplaces, radiant heat, and expansive windows for views of the nearby Breckenridge Ski Resort and Blue River. Natural stone accents, oak flooring, and knotty alder cabinetry contribute to a modern twist on traditional mountain home design.

Kitchens include premium Bosch appliances, shaker-style cabinetry, granite countertops, and a large island suitable for family gatherings or entertaining. The residences offer three or more bedrooms with 2.5 or more baths, starting at $1.2 million.

The community is located on a half-mile stretch of the Blue River, framed by historic Breckenridge mine tailings. In addition to skiing in the winter, residents can sail, raft, and fish on the river in the warmer seasons.
